REPORTING OF PLAYERS & ATTENDING TRIBUNALS

It is the duty of all umpires to report players as required in the rulebook.  Report Pads are kept in the “Ground Bag”. Central umpires have the responsibility to ensure that any reports made by any umpires during the match are completed accurately.

Four copies of each report should be made, and distributed as follows:

  1. The original to be forwarded to the appropriate tribunal (place in the ‘Match Envelopes’)
  2. One copy to be handed to the offending player’s delegate by the field umpire.
  3. One copy to be handed to the opposing player’s delegate by the field umpire.
  4. Final copy to be retained by reporting umpire for reference at the tribunal.
  5. You must advise the SFUA tribunal organiser that you had a report by 7.30PM on the night of the match.

ALL COPIES TO BE SIGNED INDIVIDUALLY BY THE REPORTING UMPIRE (also print name on each copy).
